Citi Trends is about one of the RUDEST places I have ever been . There return policy is ridiculous. They DO NOT even deserve the 1 star. The clothes are okay. However the employees are RUDE & IGNORANT. The employee had a young girl no older that 10 behind the counter messing with the safe & register while taking FOREVER to give me a store credit that I should have gotten cash back for. The SAME employee never gave me my original receipt and when I came back the next day she ACTED as if she didn't remember me. And was rude about giving me my store credit. When you walk in with bags the RUDELY yell throughout the store to bring your bags up to the counter then they THROW them under the counter. I would NEVER EVER recommend this store in Dover,DE to ANYONE.
