I am very disappointed. I tried calling Customer Service for New Service. I am relocating from Kissimmee, Fl and Need Electric. I was on the phone for well over an hr. and 15 mins. and still no one picked up. This is starting off WRONG and if I can find other means or another Electric Co. I will be giving them my BUSINESS. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED. B.A.

Completely ridiculous. My average hold time is around 45 Minutes EVERY time I have to call even when it's early in the morning or the evening. IF I did t have to deal with them I wouldnt.
