I just had an appointment in their new office in Creekstone Center at 1198 S Governors Ave, Dover, DE 19904. Very big improvement over their old office but their service remains first rate. Outstanding support staff and caring, professional Optometrists. I've been to others in Dover in years past, but me and my wife are very happy with Dr Riemann and have been since she first started practicing with Dr Sterling years ago.

Finally a doctor who really cares about your vision. Heather takes her time during your appointment and explains everything she is doing while she is doing it. She never rushes you through. I had allergie eyes and was never told that in the past. Heather gave me a prescription and my eyes no longer are itching and sensitive. At the end of my exam she places my new bifocal prescription in frames where I can see how much better my sight is. Heather is a pleasent person and very knowledgable. ...

Will never go back to this practice again................

Heather told me I was on the verge of needing bi folcals but she wrote in my chart that I did not want them. I went back 2 weeks after getting my new glasses and the girl told me that my prescription was not quite in the spot it needed to be, but I had single vision lens, the whole lens is the same.

Now it is getting harder to see small print and all heather gave me was a new prescription. When I went to pick it up I asked if they were going to pay for the 4 lens I now need replaced because she did not prescribe the proper lens to begin with and the girls at the front desk thought I was crazy for asking this question. And all they could say was that my chart stated that I did not want bi focals. she is the doctor. People are suppose to trust their doctors, well this is one doctor I do not trust.

So after I took what should have been my prescription since January I told the girls at the desk I will never be back to this practice again

One of the best visits to eye doctor I ever had. She fully explained all issues regarding my vision (I am diabetic) and showed me the pics of my eye and explained issues concerning my illness and what they were looking for. Felt very comfortable with her and the entire staff.
