Great company to do business with. Not sure what past reviews are talking about. Ordered some very specific model radios and accessories and they shipped pretty much the next day and arrived very quickly. When I had a question about my order they answered right away and got me in touch with the right person to answer all my questions. Will def order from them again in the near future!

Magnum Electronics sent me a radio case advertised as fitting the radio model we use. When I tried it, it was so loose that the radio was falling out. I called them to return it and informed them of the problem. If you choose to return a product, apparently even a defective one, they charge you a restocking fee. So instead, I ordered a different case, and they charged me $8 shipping to send me a replacement that weighs less than a pound. Keep in mind that it cost me only $3 to mail the defective one back to them. They were completely unapologetic and justified this behavior. This is on to of the fact that it took hours to get a callback and the invoice I received had no breakdown of charges. Poor customer service and rip-off policies....
