This positive review is long overdue-but I just got ONLINE.
If you are anything like I was, you are fed up with hearing aids and everything about them� But then I found SOUND ADVICE... Kathleen took the time & actually LISTENED to my problems- she is extremely knowledgeable & not pushy- she reprogrammed & fixed the hearing aids I brought in�(*NOTE I was told by my old dishonest Audiologist that they COULD NOT be fixed!*)� After seeing Kathleen, those aids performed better than the day I got them!
I have since bought a better set from Kathleen & they are going strong & STILL PERFORMING LIKE IT SHOULD almost 2 years later� You really MUST check this place out-there is hope- Kudos to this wonderful practice! -C.Jane
