The Office of Telecommunications Management is a part of the Office of Information Services, which reports to the governor's office within the executive department of the state of Delaware. The office supports various operations of the state's computer and telecommunications network. It provides special educational programs and assistance to schools and citizens for accessibility in information infrastructure of the United States. The office also has the Delaware Center for Educational Technology to coordinate technology usage in various school districts and public education centers.
