This verizon store is always very busy, but they do a very good job of getting to every individual person quickly and helping them find what they need. The only reason they get 4 stars is because I purchased a Motorola Droid X from them a little more than a year ago and I recently got a bunch of dead pixels on my screen. They told me they couldn't help me because I was a few weeks past my warranty, which wasn't too big of a deal since my upgrade is in about a week.
