We had an urgent need for service on our well pump and after some research, called Bay Area Pump & Well. It turned out to be an EXCELLENT decision on our part! The owner, Wesley Carter, and his son were very professional and provided expert resolution to our problem. On a Sunday, they arrived promptly and went right to work. Both of them were very friendly and highly proficient, completing the work in a timely manner and at a super reasonable cost. Moreover, they provided very useful information regarding the prevention of further (well pump) occurrences, which we greatly appreciated. They have earned our trust, gratitude, and highest recommendation. They will be our only choice, if we ever experience a problem again. Great job, gentlemen and thank you! Hooah!

Prompt, honest, courteous, great communication. I called in the morning because our pump went out night prior. He scheduled me for 9, then checked his appointment book to see he was already scheduled. Came at 11am, as discussed. Totally our fault, he got it up and running and only charged us a service call. He didn't make up a story, he just explained the problem and didn't attempt to charge us for something that wasn't bad. You have a customer for life ... THANK YOU Wes!! :)

Excellent service, arrived on schedule and quickly diagnosed the problem. Needed new switch for my deep irrigation well due to deterioration and insect invasion within the old switch. Gave me estimate to replace and price didn't seem out of line. A Pleasure to deal with...Thank you Wes

From phone to door in 45 minutes-wow! Great service. The circuit breaker box literally blew up to my well pump. He replaced it and simplified the archaic mess I had which will increase my reliability down the road. Wes and his son are a great team.

Great, response time ( just over an hour!) , answered all my questions, seemed like he cared about the customer and their needs! dident try to sell me anything that I dident need even after I discussed water softeners etc. also gave me a full rundown on the operations of the well system and simple solutions to look for

our pump. The first estimate given said we had no choice but to replace the whole system. I believe more in trying to repair the problem rather than trying to replace the whole thing. Our well pump is only 5 years old.



Wesley came out within a few hours of placing the call. He went into detail about what was wrong and how it could be fixed. He could not promise that we wouldn't have to replace the whole system but was going to try. He came out first thing the next morning and was able to do the repair without replacing the entire system.



First quote was $ 1900 he was able to fix it for $850.



THANK YOU. I am glad to know there are actuall "repair men" still around. It is easy to replace the whole thing. It takes a person with knowledge to be able to repair something that is broken.

This is the best pump company I have ever used. They presented themselves as professional workers and were very knowledgeable. I have lived here 15 years and they were telling me things about my system that no one bothered to tell me before.
