This guy cut a tree in my neighbors yard. He dropped it right on my fence. That was two weeks ago. Despite numerous promises on numerous dates to fix the fence he still has not fixed it. Guess i will be taking him to court. Prior to this incident he built a shed on my property. The shed is far from square, has half inch to three eighths inch gaps between the sheets of plywood sheeting and a guy who works for him had to come on his own time to install the flashing and finish installing the stud work. I would not hire this guy to tie my shoe laces. Additionally the entire time he was working on the shed he requested money every day (so he could pay his guys and buy gas for his truck). He used many of my tools as he did not have the tools he needed to do the job. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this guy.
