First I'd like to applaud Erin Kelly for doing my makeup. She was very polite and professional. Although I wasn't there long, I feel that she can do very well. Second, I returned two months later expecting the same quality experience but I was mistaken. I asked for a simple trim. Maria Lyons gladly fit me in and cut less than an inch of dead ends off. She didn't offer to dry my hair or style it (that's fine..) but to charge me $45 for a trim with no wash or dry.....and no access to a receipt?! I was disgusted. I generally stay away from chain company's but I rather go to durham hair excitement than get a butchered, uneven blunt cut ever again. I didn't go to get a rush cut so you can go home.
