6 Milk St. in Dover, NH (previously home to Blier Flooring) has been transformed into a collection of music studio rooms and a lounge/kitchenette space that is ready to be made available to musicians and artists in the Seacoast area! While experiencing the need for jam space himself, and hearing the same from many others, Kurt Eddins purchased the building in January 2024, with the intent to build a place for those in the music community to work on their craft and meet/collaborate with others.
