We have had a truly exasperating experience at Simply Clean Dry Cleaners. First, the owner lost my sports coat and suit by giving them to another customer. The owner was not at all apologetic about this, and I had to come back to the store three times to actually get my jacket and suit back. On the last visit back, the owner again acted as if I had done something wrong, and neither apologized for losing my items nor the failure to return them for more than two weeks. When the items finally were in, the owner offered a small discount rather than acknowledging her errors and the considerable time and frustration that it required to get back my clothing. She started yelling at me and my wife when we told her we did not think it was appropriate for her to charge us. Needless to say, we will never again use this dry cleaner, and I would encourage anyone else looking for dry cleaning services in Dover to heed my experience.
