My experience with Rescue My Home 911 has been a very disappointing one. First they said I WOULD BE ABLE TO GET A MODIFICATION and then I was told I could not get one. In the agreement appendix c of the contract it states that if a modification or lower rate is unable to do a full refund will will be paid to the client. It has been about a year since I last heard from them and so far I have not seen a refund from this company. My next step is to contact the local paper and find out what can be done.
