I made a waxing appointment a month in advance. I showed up the day of my appointment and they informed me that the girl who does the waxing wasn't there. They said they had tried to call me the same day I made the appointment (checked my phone records; they did not). They did call the morning of my appointment but did not leave a voicemail. Very unprofessional; I won't be back.

Great experience, looking forward to my next appointment and trying other services offered :)

Great cut and color! I get compliments all the time! I can call with short notice and get in right away when my gray roots start to show!
