The clients are very friendly, The auctioneer/owner is very stern and dry/ . the clerk /wife is not a very friendly person. I thought whom I believed to be the owners wife to be very mean just not a good personality for someone who deals with the public. . I had sold a dryer there and the dryer worked well when it was taken there , the person who purchased it brought it back after damaging it , and I was left no dryer and I did not get a check for the purchase, I was told by the mean short haired woman , that the person who purchased it , was well known by the auction house and would never break it then return it. Saying to me that I would sell a broken dryer because they did not know me. I had the dryer checked out and the person who purchased it had connected it to electric backwards and burnt out the cord. The mean woman just said bull sh*t and hung up on me when I called back in to advise what the repair man said , no resolution as of yet
