Never had a issue here the few times i have been in. Very good salad that was made for me. Yet i've heard about the utterly rude woman from my co workers, Don't let that stop you from going in. Place is great.

All of these reviews I believe are from a worker that had lost get job that same day. Granite no restraunt is perfect but these are false accusations to this subway. Thank you

This is awful. That place just opened up not to long ago right? I now know not to go there. I am not much of a fast food eater. Had a party planned and wanted to order from there. Looking the number up i see this. Who is the owners? I do believe they need to know what kind of worker they have working for them. I am sure the manager knows about all this. He/ She probably doesn't care enough to take any source of action on replacing the lady. It's sad that some communities have managers like that. I know if i had a business to run, i sure in the hell wouldn't want a worker like that working for me and running my business out slowly.

My husband was a regular their. Great place, great food! Nice workers. I know what lady you are all talking about. She likes to talk about her personal life, and has went as far as asking my husband for money once to help gather her home together, mentioned how she hasn't eaten, and doesn't have a bathroom in her home, she does her business in a bucket! It was very uncomfortable for my husband. He tipped her 2 dollars, felt bad it was the godly thing to do. As for she, it is very unprofessional to be that way at work. Work is to work not too be rude nor pity party. My husband hasn't been in the past few weeks. We have been going to the Big rock one. Not as nice, but we tend to get our service without being disturbed with other things. I wouldn't judge the management, I am sure if the manager knew that lady would be gone. If not then i would agree and question the management.

I've stopped going there 6 months ago when that same older lady coughed on my grandaddy's sub while making it. When we asked for her to make another because she had coughed on it. She told us no. I will not go back to that place.

Now that i see these reviews. I will refuse to go into this Subway after hearing good things about this place, I do believe i will stick to the one in Big Rock. A local family owns these places. If they were to see these reviews on this place it will not go to well. It shocks me to know that there is a worker like that working down there. I now question why she still has a job. No one should be disrespected like that going in to buy food for themselves or family. I don't understand why the manager hasn't taken action on that lady. The young girls being praised in these reviews, in my personal opinion should be highly praised by the manager. Little things go a long way!

Now that i look at these reviews. I would like to share my personal experience at this restaurant myself. I myself love going to this subway in town. It is very clean, very nice young ladies working during day and night. I have never had a issue up till 2 weeks ago when i did go in with my daughter visiting in for a dinner sub. That older woman was the one that took our order and messed everything up on it while getting livid with my daughter at the same time. She wouldn't allow my daughter to take her time and would not suggest anything to her when she asked. Needless to say she threw her gloves off and walked away yelling at the girl checking out one family to take our order and said she had work to do. I personally don't see how that lady is still working there. I will agree and say there has to be some poor management if she is still there. I don't agree how she treats her co worker in front of my family. It must have been embarrassing for that young girl. I have not been to that sub way since. Sorry

I have to agree, also as well disagree with these last two post. I live in this town. I enjoy going into this subway only when the younger girls are working. They are so nice and welcoming. They greet my family in and out. The older woman these reviews mention, I have to say is disrespectful. I will only go in there with my family if she is not there. As for the restaurant in general. It is very clean, and the food is great. My family really enjoys our dinner nights there with the two females we really like the most. Melissa and Angelina, These two young ladies are very hard workers, They are very polite young ladies and will give you the right service you need. I will highly recommend anyone to go in when those two young ladies are working there. They let you know the specials when asked. If you don't know what you want, They like to recommend what is their best seller. If you go in thank those two young ladies. They have always been wonderful to my family as to myself.

This restaurant is disgusting.. My family and I went in a few weeks ago stopping through one night, And got really crappy service from the elderly employee named rain. Luckly their was two younger girls working that night, Little tan girl was very nice and apologized for the elderly woman's attitude and asked if there was anything she could do to help service us instead of leaving. I don't suggest anyone to go into that Subway. Very poor management and poor service.

This place is highly rude! I drive through this town all the time and have never been so disrespected by the older woman working their. She was rude, Very dirty. Personally i do NOT want someone dirty making my food. Giving her the benefit of the doubt i asked her the specials she rudely told me to look above her and that i needed to hurry up and let her know what i need. She worked the poor girls working with her to death. She talked down on them while in a line of costumers. The place was clean i will rate for that. As for service i don't suggest anyone to go there while that woman works. I have never felt so angry in my life!
