We went in February of 2013. When we stayed EVERYONE was very nice. The htoel itself had issues. The hot tub NEVER worked. It was always cold, which they said happens b/c when its cold out the motor stops working (it was a 20 degrees F). The pool itself was warmer but not that much. Then there was no ice in the only ice machine, the pop vendor didn't work and either did the food vendor. Bradley (I think he was the night manager) was one of the best employees. We were there snowmobiling so the htoel issues didnt bother me, we werent there much. We actually left the door unlocked accidentally all day and no one touched any of out stuff! Again, everyone was nice!
