Don't do it!!! Bought a Ford Expidition from Matt. Car look great,, but as soon as you drive it away,,, ITS YOURS along with ALL the repairs that the dealer said would'nt be!! DON'T DO IT!!! STAY AWAY... I still have the truck, along with a can note, after thousands in repairs... Save yourself some money, time and fustrustions,,, DON'T DO IT. RUN DON'T WALK.... The cars LOOK nice,, but they are STRAIGHT LEMONS!!!

Worst Place to buy a car

Dealt with a salesman named Jay who was very courteous and sweared up and down that the car had no issues and everything would be ok. Car is leaking oil, steering hose was leaking and transmission failed after only 2 weeks of owning vehicle. Called the manager Matt, who at first seemed honest. Matt never called me back, and every time I call they hang up on me and tell me it's my problem. I am in the process of a law suit with this dealership. Do Not trust these guys, read the reviews.

I went to this dealership and ken the salesman was very nice and patient. Didn't watch us like a hawk or bug us at all. The car was leaking oil so they put it on the hoist. The mechanic stated that there was no oil leak, that it was a power steering leak. There is def a difference between oil and power steering fluid so I was weary. He assured me over and over, so I assumed he would be right since he is their mechanic. Bought the car and the manager said that if anything went wrong he would take care of me. A day later the check engine light for misfire in cylinder 3 appeared, and the engine was leaking massive amounts of oil. Went to call them and never received a call back. They finally contacted me because they had screwed up my registration and needed me to come back in with the car to give me new registration. Now they tell me that my car is not aloud to be driven because they screwed up the registration…. great. Then I had someone call in the inform them of the problems I had come across and they said it was my problem, even after the manager said they would handle anything. This place is a horrible place to buy a car and I recommend going to honest people to purchase a car. I have bought a car from a dealership 4 times now and this is the worst experience that I have ever had. Do not trust these people, karma will get around.

Auto Extreme, Inc. has great sales specialists. Matt was very courteous and very easy to deal with. He did not pressure me just to make a sale. Instead, he listens to me and responds with all honesty. I had my eye on the BMW and it looked amazing. I checked it out completely, including the history. Everything was put in writing and in order. The quality of the car, the interior, controls, and the features were complete. I did not hesitate to buy the car and I am completely happy with my purchase. I shall recommend Auto Extreme, Inc. to my colleagues and family, and will buy a car for my daughter next year on her birthday.

I recently got hooked to camping and off road trips, thanks to the influence of my friends. I couldn’t use my car for such purpose, so I wanted a suitable vehicle for my adventures. I found Auto Extreme, Inc. website and saw numerous lines of vehicles perfect for off-roading. The next day, I came to visit the shop and the jeeps look perfect and extremely affordable. I immediately inspected the maintenance history and chose the one with the least repairs. The 2006 Jeep Liberty was perfect: the form, the price, and most importantly, the condition. Actually, Devin the sales guy helped me that day and knew exactly what I need. He offered me a jeep that I absolutely want, and that is the bottom line. Such honest and straightforward approach to selling used cars earned my confidence. I shall recommend your shop to everyone.

I bought a used Ford Explorer at Auto Extreme, Inc. a couple of weeks ago. In fact, this is the second time I bought a vehicle from the company. I bought a truck as part of the preparedness plan for the winter. As always, the selection process was simple and smooth. The papers are secure and complete, and the staff always kept their friendly, yet professional demeanor.

One thing about Auto Extreme, Inc. is the quality of cars and the high level of service. I always appreciate the first purchase experience, and now for the second time, I am still floored by their service. I am confident of my purchase.

I brought my son to buy him his first car at Auto Extreme, Inc. We agreed to choose a vehicle under 6 grand. He had his eye on the Dodge Magnum, which looks great and fits my son’s personality. Karl was our sales guy and offered a test drive. All three of us went for a drive and I can see my son’s approval through his excitement. What I love about this car is the quality and care given to it. My son was excited to have his first car and left the inspection to me. The car’s inside was looking good, the upholstery, controls, air conditioning, electronics, etc. I am so happy with my purchase; my son got his car and drove off after lunch.

I like the Auto Extreme, Inc.’s simple and professional way of selling cars. Buying a car can be stressful as salesmen can be pushy. This is not the way it worked, and I think the company adheres to a system that works efficiently. The best part is, under a thousand dollars, I got comprehensive coverage.

One of my closest neighbors bought their car a couple of years ago at Auto Extreme, Inc. When I was planning to buy a pre-owned car, they recommended the company to me. I usually do not take anyone’s word, and despite they are my closest friends, I peppered them with questions. In turn, I got satisfying answers, so I went to the car shop the day after. I met Matt that day and welcomed me. I did not call prior to my visit for it was just a spur of the moment. Matt’s attention to detail was really impressive. He told me everything there is to know about my choice. He showed me every bit of information from warranties, titles, who owned it before and the maintenance history. We went over the car and allowed me to inspect it, without any distraction. He also answered my questions with all honesty. After all, I am buying a used car. Nevertheless, the car is good to go, and I just needed to sign up. Matt even allowed me to haggle a bit and it was very sweet of him. The standard company policy is to allow any prospect to test drive the car, which I did, and it turned out very well. I give my highest rating and respect for this company.

As practical as I am, I always make sure that when I buy things, I make careful assessments. Buying a pre-owned car is not an exception. Auto Extreme, Inc. has an impressive line up of quality used cars. In fact, they sell reasonably priced but high quality cars, which are the most important considerations. I spoke with Mike on the phone, one of the sales personnel, and asked me very intelligent questions. I thought that this man wants to genuinely, help me out. In fact, he invited me to come to the place, or at least check out their website, in order to make an initial assessment, which I did. I told him that I would come down the shop in a couple of days.

Mike was not all talk. The cars he described to me were real and ready if I want it. I only have to choose one, but the selections he presented were amazingly enticing. They are beautifully restored, have complete standard features, and in amazing condition. He then presented me with a set of paperwork, indicating a clean title, maintenance history, warranty, and safety certificates. What an amazingly impressive company with well-trained personnel. Big thanks to Mike and the rest of the Auto Extreme, Inc. staff.

What I loved about Auto Extreme, Inc., is the straightforward system of selling cars. There are no complicated negotiations and the prices do not change overnight. I went to the shop and there I found an unlimited supply of polished cars lining up. I was delighted to see the organized way of showcasing various models and make, it was stress free environment. I was shopping around for a pre-owned car and found the shop just a few miles from my brother’s house. I heard about Auto Extreme, Inc. many times in certain circles, so I wanted to see it for myself. I am an expert used car buyer, and I am impressed by their approach to selling.

I got pre-approved, called up their office and scheduled for a test drive. I was interested in the 2000 Cadillac Deville DTS for my business in California. After the drive, I indicated my interest and opt for financing. The transaction was quick, smooth, and very stress free. The car is impeccably maintained. I am most pleased.

I collect vintage cars and there are some exciting lines of them at Auto Extreme, Inc. Since I was young, I have a thing for vintage cars, but they are so expensive that I only have to buy them one at a time, for few years at a time. When I got what it takes to acquire them, I took my passion to higher level. When I went shopping around at the shop, I noticed Jaguar and a Mercedes that are just perfect. I told myself that they should need a lot of work because vintage rides been through a lot. I was amazed to find that the cars are in pristine condition. I asked one of the guys, how they got to keep it in top shape. They told me they hand-picked the cars and prescreened for its quality. They showed me the documents and told myself these guys are specialists.

They toured me around the shop and showed me the care they gave each car. Aside from that, pre-owned cars require minimal maintenance because the manufacturer already took care much of everything from engine to aesthetics. I am confident that with my skill and the beauties I bought, I could win a lot of crowds at shows.

I always believe that buying a used car requires some alternate choices. For instance, I went to Auto Extreme, Inc. at Downers Grove to inspect a Chevrolet car that I liked. Upon inspection, the sales guy asks me if I wanted to see other model line ups. I understand that a car lot or showroom is a high pressure environment, so choosing becomes a challenge. This time, I felt excited rather than pressured, as I was able to choose another model that suits my needs. The sales guy patiently explained that the vehicle I should choose must have purposes, as well as aesthetics to match. That was it.

In my experience, it is always good to see other choices if you can, in order to determine what you really like. Now, I chose a truck, rather than a car. What a shift in my choice as the sales guy compared the pros and cons of choosing between the two vehicles. The truck is a multi-purpose vehicle, which I chose instead of the Chevrolet Malibu. They even helped me to find a financing firm for my loan.

I wanted to thank you guys at Auto Extreme, Inc. for your value added service, and of course, for suggesting a Range Rover for my escapades. I am an outdoors man and off road driver, which is my pride and passion. In truth, I was blown away by the appearance and the condition of the Range Rover. The price is phenomenal! I must say that I hit the jackpot. My friends were bellowed when they see my new RR. Buying such a vehicle presents with many problems; mileage, stability, and power.

My Range Rover is a catch. I got over 85,000 miles on the odometer, but I was surprised to see that it is still at its peak performance. I know I can go far with this vehicle for a very long time. The car is carefully maintained and I am happy to obtain such a car. I know you got a limited number of Range Rover there. I already recommended you to my buddies and expect more buyers there next month.

Me and my wife were in search for a used but good SUV for our family, and we all know that these days, it’s kinda hard to get a car loan, let alone be pre-approved. So I browsed online, stumbled upon the Auto Extreme website and saw their “guaranteed credit approval”. I checked it out, filled out the online form and the next day, I received a call from Matt Vahimian informing me that I was approved for a car loan, now that’s really good news. We went to the dealership, saw the 2005 Acura MDX and purchased it. Good thing we had an approved credit and thanks to Matt and all the guys at Auto Extreme, they made our purchasing experience a breeze.

Auto Extreme is really an impr...

Auto Extreme is really an impressive place, one of the best if not the best dealership in DuPage County, and I’ve been to a lot in the past few months, trying to look for a good, pre-owned pickup that’s also affordable. I went home with a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 from this dealership, really satisfied with it. It cost me almost six grand but I really feel it was worth it. I’ve been using it for two weeks now, so far no problems whatsoever, but of course my expectations are managed given that this is a ten year-old truck with more than 200,000 of mileage. Plus, the people in the shop are really nice, in all the other shops I’ve been to, they are either snobbish or quick to move to negotiations but not here. I think my dealer was a guy named Gabe and he was really patient with me, as I am a very meticulous buyer. Other dealers should take a lesson or two from the guys at Auto Extreme on how to give impressive service. Excellent work guys!
