Horrible experience. I called and to ask if they have a trade in for electronics items, specifically e-readers (kindle, nook). When I talked to the operator she said that yes they do trade in e-readers, I did mention that it's not a tablet, and told her that I have to drive 40 minutes to make it to the store. I got to the store at customer service they looked at me like I was crazy when I asked about the program, they send my to service department the same looks, they send me then to appliances and same thing, they told me they don't do e-readers only phones and tablets. First and last time I'm going to this place.

Horrible customer service. Bought a TV that broke down within 3 weeks and it's impossible getting anyone on the phone for assistance. Highly recommended to stay away from this place and go to ABT or even Best Buy.

This is an amazing electronics store. The Downers Grove location is only the only one in the state of Illinois. they are have a large selection of Tvs, Blu Rays and Computers. They have great weekly Blu Ray deals and they also price match. Whats not to like...

Do not ever buy from here!! They cannot help with any of the programs that you purchase on their computers. Unbelievable. Going into Best Buy because I do not live near a Fry's and will never purchase again from Fry's or purchase a HP!! I'm converting to MAC!!

huge store, lots of options, great if you want to find a product that's not made anymore!
