Best design, best quality and great price. Can't be happier.

I have used ImagePlus for three different projects, and each time was worse than before. The lack of professionalism and punctuality has ImagePlus written off indefinitely in my book. Their hours are horrendous. Anyone who works full time can forget accessing ImagePlus during their 9-4 day with no extended hours or weekend hours. The last project I had them attempt to complete was a going-away present for a friend and his brother. I dropped the jackets off on a Friday and was told they would be ready on the next Monday, so ten days from drop-off. I sent my brother to pick them up on that Monday (since a working person can't make it to their office), and he was informed that the jackets weren't going to be ready until Wednesday. The going-away present is now essentially useless because he would be leaving on Tuesday. I would never have completed the project with ImagePlus if I was informed of extra time needed. I was never notified of the delay, and there were no apologies or remedies made; simply a shrug. I will never use ImagePlus again. It's unfortunate, too, because once I actually get my completed project, I am satisfied with how it turns out. It is CERTAINLY not worth the effort of dealing with that office. Now I just go to Holy Cow Sports.

I shopped around for a long time for good quality work at a fair price. Look no further, this is the place. Ron and ImagePlus have helped me with Science Camp T-Shirts for the past 7 years. Thank you!

The owner actually called me after I left word of my issue. Instead of trying to correct the situation or appologizing; there were just excuses that they don't normally handle small projects and that there was a lot going on. In my opinion it should not matter what else is going on, customer service should be number one.WOULD NOT USE THEM.

I went to Image Plus for a small project. From the moment I walked in the door it was completely unprofessional. The women (Terry) acted like I was an inconvenience that I was there and when I asked for an invoice and to see the manager she actually told me to take my business elsewhere.After I called to talk with the manager, apparently her son, He acted like there are two sides to the story and there was no apology or any effort to correct the situation. I asked to speak with the owner (Ken) and left my number and name. I don't expect to hear back and I'm glad I did not leave my merchandise there.I DON'T recommend this company.
