At first so happy. Now. Can never go back. I spent $500.00 on a pair of glasses that I LOVE. Henry picked out for me. Recommended this place to everyone! When they came in I showed him a crack in frame. Was told only scratch. Would be in 2 if not a scratch. Okay. I trust. Months later they fell in two! Right down the "scratch " no problem, less than a year, fixed frames for no charge. Great. Until they wanted 25 for shipping. When I reminded them of scratch I was told never happened. Pretty much called me a liar. Why on earth would I lie?!? They were still covered. Why on earth would I lie. I'm a customer care coordinator...you never call a customer a liar. Especially after sending so many people to them. And spending so much $. Accused of lying over 25.00. Never again. Too bad. Great frames.
