First, I made an appointment via Zocdoc to see
Dr. Marsha Martinson, MD.
I went there to get tested on 09/10/2021 and paid out of pocket for the services and was seen by Ladan Ayatollahi CNM.
On 0916/2021 I messaged them through online portal about my results. I was told by Wendy Gutierrez that the results are back, but they can not release them until my appointment, which is on 09/22/2021. They are refusing to release my medical records.
When I told Wendy Gutierrez about my rights, she simply disrespected me and said no, also clearly laughing at my pain and enjoying my vulnerable position. Please let me know what to do in this case, as I feel deeply violated of my rights and question the humanity of this doctor's office. I really hope there is some kind of action that can be taken, so other people don't have to suffer through what I had to go through.
