I made a 9:15 am appointment on a Saturday, got there 10 min early and still wasn't seen by noon. I walked up to the front desk to ask what was going on and the desk clerk never acknowledged me. I stood there for 7 minutes while she typed on the computer, not once acknowledging me. Then, the office phone rings and she answers it, I walked away and left. I've called several times to reschedule an appointment but I'm always put on hold for 15 min. or so And then then the phone gets hung up on me. I even know when she takes lunch, that's when the phone just rings for 2 minutes until it stops and goes silent. This lady must be real confident about not losing her job because this behavior is completely unacceptable. I've already taken steps to replace my physician. Oddly it's not the doctor who is problem in this matter.
