Abraham Garcia and JJ were awesome and I give them each 5 stars... the finance manager assigned to us, Juan Lugo, was condescending ... I called him out on it and he gave a curt insincere apology ... so I was not too happy with his demeanor... JJ went out of his way to purchase a hamburger patty for me from Carl's Jr. across the street because I hadn't eaten all day and as a diabetic I had to get something in my stomach if I had to wait any longer to meet with the finance manager. I would give a 5 star review but for the demeanor of the finance manager, Juan Lugo... Abraham Garcia and JJ (Jan) are 5 star representatives. The dealership is impeccable including the restrooms. I traveled from Ontario, California to Downey for my Titan SV and I am so glad I ventured outside of my immediate area. Downey Nissan beat out the Costco fleet dealership I was referred to by at least $6,000.00 dollars... it may not be appropriate for every sale but I got an excellent deal... Thank you Abraham and JJ and Downey Nissan.

Brianna Reed was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation! Only had time to do the basic services needed for the car but she treated with me with so much respect and professionalism it’ll be hard not to come back for the rest of the service. Great dealership!

Overall it was really good. Didn't have to wait so long in the waiting room and Frank answered all my questions I asked.

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff... They got me in a nice loaner meanwhile. They informed me of what the reason why I had my engine light on....Would definitely come back again.

The salesman was attentive, listened to my requirements, as far a cost and how much I wanted my monthly payments to be.

He met all my expectations and I am happy with my vehicle and my payments.

it was an ok experience. I was there to buy a car which I did. its been a while but ... I remember in the end of the paperwork saying do not! give me the car unless I am 100% approved. I was told yeah yeah everything is great ur approved I thought ok great. a few weeks passed and I was told that I either needed to have someone co sign for me or I have to return the car back id get my money back a rewind/unwind thing would be done my credit would not be affected..... I had to give the car back because I did not want to try to have a cosigner if id have a car id have it on my own!... it was a major inconvenience and a big embarrassment although I did absolutely nothing wrong!. and what made the experience worse when I was told that my check would be ready on a certain day at a certain time.... I show up as I am walking into the showroom which was around 5 or 6pm ish its was dark already... so as I walk in I get a phone call by a lady telling me that the person that was supposed to sign t

Yoni went above and beyond to make my experience with my vehicle being fixed easy.

After a bad experience at this location sometime last year I thought I would no longer come here. I spoke with Manager Floyd and he made me feel much better after reassuring me that I would receive better customer service and a complimentary service to my car. I am glad I came back. My car was taken care of promptly and the service I received was much better. I would return to this office.
