I took my dodge truck in to get a full wash (wash, armor-all and air freshener). I paid $25.00 and got the worst car wash ever. things included water spots (which they told me would cost extra to get off), dirt and bird poop, no to mention the fact that they didn't even clean the rims. The owner was rude, would not give me a refund and when his employees were told to help me they just came up with a bunch of excuses so the did not have to wash it again. And to top it off it didn't even smell like the air freshener I requested!
