He built a custom house for me and promissed me everthing under the sun and gave me bottom of the line on everything. He did not even have his contractors licence. I was not told this until the house was almost finished. Unfortunately, for me the house was being built 200 miles away from where I was living. I put my trust in him and he ripped me off. He covinced my wife to sign all the real estate papers before we could do a final walk through inspection by telling her everything was done. However, the deck on the back of the house was wrapped with chicken wire so it would pass inspection. Also, the staircase was removed from the deck compleatly, it could not pass inspection. A sheet of ply-wood was used to cover the garage man door (which is 5 feet off the ground) because he did not build a landing and stairs for it. He was taken to court by two of the contractors who worked on this house. I could go on and on but I don't have time. Because he did not have a contractors licence I could do nothing. Robert Colenzo is a rip off!
