has a wide assortment of bicycles and parts but the owner of this establishment is an A$$hole. Recently I went to this shop for new tires for my bicycle. i always go here but i never see the owner i always see an employee he's the nice one. As soon as i was about to pay i simply asked what was the lowest price i can get since i always go i figured hey what the h3ll I'll ask. I didn't have a problem with the price but i asked just in case he can cut the tax since i had cash, but to my amazement he made a smart a$$ remark about it not being a swap meet. I would've bought the tires anyways but that simple remark made me think twice. In the end i ended up going to FRANK'S BIKE SHOP which is alot closer to where i live and the owner is not a jerk. I would not recommend going to Russel's bike shop at all unless the owner isn't there but you cant be too careful.
