I've dealt with Mark for years, taking antique clocks to be serviced and repaired. Although not the cheapest game in town, he does excellent work. I'd highly recommend him.

I was down with the flu when the customer called. Obviously she was angry that I didn't call her back immediately. All issues have been resolved and clock is running fine............Update 12/6/14.........Hmmm........I called her back and she told me it turned out to be a fairly simple issue and she fixed it herself. So you see, I wasn't putting words in her mouth. Not sure why she is responding this way as I was nothing but courteous to her and the work required was a total disassembly of the clock to repair the case and movement because she dropped it from the wall to the floor right after they purchased it from another party. I also delivered the clock and hung it properly and also returned an additional time to fix a very small chip in the case that I missed the first time. The only way I can respond to negative reviews is to post one of my own. Am I going to give myself a negative review? I don't want a war of words here as she seems to so I will not comment again but please consider her review with a grain of salt as I am considerate of my customers needs and fair with my pricing.

Shop real messy. Took a long time for repair. Very high pricing. One of the wooden dancers missing an arm. Called and had no return call. Positively no break for customer or consideration to offer a helping hand. Would not recommend using this company.
