They wanted to take an ICE SCR...

They wanted to take an ICE SCRAPER to the PAINT of my car to try to get off a glob of bird poo. Yes, this was BEFORE they tried a little extra elbow grease with the clearing cloth. Additionally, the ENTIRE front of the car looks untouched -- the grill is still FILTHY.



NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!!



I didn't bother to ask for another pass through the wash, due to the ice scraper incident. I have absolutely no confidence they'd do any better the second time, and i feared they'd actually do damage the second time.
