This local family run company is wonderful. I had a small plumbing problem, but no matter, they came out the next morning bright and early to resolve the matter quickly and easily. Very professional with a thorough explanation and fair pricing. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. Thank you, Backlund Plumbing for being there for me. Tom came to my farm to look at my frost free hydrant. He stated that he didn't know how to affect the flow rate from the faucet. Furthermore, he left even though the hydrant was leaking. He also talked about a backflow preventer which he concluded I didn't need. However, a couple weeks later he writes a letter to the property mgr stating I need a backflow preventer. What a sell out. BTW I do NOT need the backflow preventer as the frost free hydrant acts as one which Tom was also ignorant of.
