I would give this place zero stars if I could. My husband and I left at the end of April - we signed our place over to the park. We received rent bills for the months of May and June and now they are sending me a bill saying I have a past due balance. It’s July. For the two and a half years we lived there we paid our rent a week early, and have had ZERO information on any past due balance, because there isn’t one. You have a better chance of seeing God then you do of reaching someone in the office. I’ve left multiple messages and no one ever returns my calls. If you’re considering this place, don’t. Not worth the headache or the frustration of continually trying to reach the office staff.

I lived there for 21 years and moved out. The lot fees are sky high and you get nothing. They raise lot fees every year. The manager Linda Is a tyrant. Move anywhere but here.
