DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS! I needed very minor work done on a $200 gown (just an inch taken in on either side) and the seamstress at East Street Cleaners COMPLETELY BUTCHERED my dress! I gave her 3 chances to "get it right" and then I finally took it to another seamstress who had to take the top of my dress completely apart and put it back together to try to undo the damage that East Street Cleaners had done. And the worst part, when I asked for a refund because I was completely unsatisfied with the work that was done and because I had to pay the other seamstress twice as much to fix the damage that they had caused to the gown, they refused to give me my money back! TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS!!!
