I will never under any circumstances go back. After using their services for may years with many good haircuts and only a few mediocre ones, I've now gotten 2 that were abominable. I somehow got the same young women twice (I had to wait an extra two months for my hair to grow back out from the last time. I physically showed her the length I wanted but she was too bus chattering and complaining about a phone hang up from a call in customer to really listen. She cut one side shorter than the other and overly layered the back . when I pointed it out she tugged on the shorter side and tried to tell me it was the same. I got her to try and even it up but now it's just fly away. I' going tomorrow to a competitor
to see if it can be made to look any better, though it's already too short for my taste
