I've gone to Jessica Spa for years,and have always had a great experience with wonderful results. Not so much the last few visits. It's just not the same - didn't recognise any of the technicians, behind the station at the door were two men, one middle aged, who I could barely understand, the other maybe 20, who just seemed lost. The technician was competent, but brusque, hand and fingers down and around roughly. The hand massage took less than 20 seconds (watched the clock on the second hand). She dug into the skin beneath my toenail twith her fingernail to polish the big toe: serious pain! When I winced and yelped, she shot me a look and just did it again! It still has Jessica's name over the door, but I suspect her name is the only thing left of Jessica and her amazing service. I can't imagine going someplace else. Always looked forward to catching up on Jessica's little girl, or chatting with the techs.

But not if it's Jessica's in name but not in service.

Live in IN and my mom and sister in law went. Great customer service and care. Wow would recommend coming for a relaxing experience
