Our son was there for both kindergarten and camp. One day, he and a few other children saw a show on TV where a man was dressed as a woman and they giggled about it. As my son relayed it, an assistant instructor there grabbed the 3 kids, put them in a corner, and proceeded to give them a stern lecture that men dressing as women was normal and healthy and shouldn't be laughed at. When I heard about this I called and spoke to the principal. She was shocked but said she couldn't believe that the staff member in question would "try to force her views on children". That was enough for me and I knew then that it was true. Teaching such viewpoints is the decision of a parent and not something someone should try to brainwash a child into believing, just because it fits their view and lifestyle. Since this incident we found another camp for our son to attend and never went back. A good school overall, but if you're going to hire people like that to lord it over peoples' kids we're taking ours elsewhere.
