The worst ever

So here goes. Do not use these people. Call anyone else.

I had water in my basement. Call them, they come out and take a look to do the remediation job. They use a machine to dry the carpet and install a dehumidifier and some fans to try and air out the walls and floor. Here's the rub. They didn't move any furniture. So I've got an air hockey table with a wet carpet underneath it. They leave, and then the next morning the house smells like wet dog/rat. The carpet under the table is soaked as is the rest of it. I call them back out and they cut away the wet carpet along the walls, but still don't do anything about the carpet under the hockey table. (Which I didn't realize was the problem until after they left this second time). So I rip that carpet up myself. So then I get the bill, and they are charging me for more fans then they provided, and the labor including after hours service calls; which include the second time they came out to correct the issue tha tthey never corrected the first time. On top of that, the bill says that I need to pay them and give them the deductible for my insurance. Which is not true. The insurance deductible should not be added to the bill. SO I write them to dispute the bill, and I pay them for their equipment rental fees, and then they put a lien on my house for the rest. What a scam and a dishonest and poorly run company. Call anyone else other than them. On top of the lien, they didn't clean up after themselves, and actually left my house in worse shape then it started, because the wet carpet couldn't be saved at all.

They could improve, if they worked with their customers when they call, write and complain, instead of just putting liens on ther customers houses. And for heaven's sake - do the job right and don't be so lazy in the first place.
