I sent a request to view a property with Select Living and Connie was able to book an appointment to view the listing. Upon arriving I saw her leaving the property saying she had only scheduled 3 tours and she didn't remember having another even though we had spoke that morning. I was hastily rushed through the property, acting as if I was a bother and annoyance to her, and given an application with additional associated fees going to Select Living Management that I was meant to pay in order to be considered.



My experience with Connie was extremely poor as she seems to be bothered by dealing with potential applicants instead of helping them with questions. I was told she doesn't use email and the only way to contact her would be to call the office. She was extremely dismissive and rude. Not a great experience and for someone that deals with customers on a regular basis there is hardly any incentive to do business with them.

Just a brief note to express my most sincere appreciation. You have the patience of a SAINT. It meant the world that to see your attentiveness to our every concern. This being our first major purchase as a married couple....When dealing with Select Living Management we are dealing with the best.

They've been taking care of my property for many years. I pay a reasonable fee for service that is there when I need it, and all the behind the scenes things I don't have to deal with anymore. If I had more properties I would not hesitate to have them manage those too.

Being an owner with Select Living Management has been free of stress. They take care of issues as they come up and get them done fast. They've found great tenants for me too.

Their people are so friendly, I recommend these guys to everyone who is looking to rent. They are just great and I plan on continuing to rent with them.
