I will never shop here again and I will be very careful where I take my family jewelry. I brought in 3 pieces of jewelry one which was a wedding ring set that my husband who passed away and my son who also passed away (both served in the military) had picked out for me along with my daughter for our anniversary. Sadly this was the last item my husband and children purchased all together for me before he passed away. I cry every time I look at these rings since bringing them to Roberts Jewelers. Instead, of the happy memories I had every time I looked at them over the past 25 years. My memories are now sadly replaced with tears. These rings were to be left to my daughter and IN MY OPINION they are just not the same as they were when I brought them in. George was very nice when I dropped them off. After I picked them up I asked about the way the rings looked. George became very nasty and was definitely not the same sweet gentleman who accepted my jewelry to size for my daughter.
