I was traveling along Hwy 2 one morning last week, and stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and a drink.

Walking up to the warmer where the hot food was, I stopped about 8-10 feet away and read the sign--if you touch it you buy it--



I kept going, and two employees sitting at one of the tables noticed that I had obviously read their sign and decided not to buy anything. They were out of my soda, so I just left and drove on to the next town. No one bothered to ask me why I was leaving empty- handed.

Anyone knows that if you press on the wrapper of a warm sandwich, you can tell if it is fresh or not.

It is too obvious what stations that put this sort of sign are up to.

I will not stop there again, nor ever spend a penny in any retailer that puts up signs like that.
