TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! Super proactive getting your business until you put down a deposit. Fortunately my deposit was with my AMEX and they went after them to get my money back. Ken the CEO makes promise after promise with zero results. Waited for weeks after they were supposed to start and no one showed up or called me. I called four different times, they took my number and promised a call back with no response ever. If you needed more time, JUST COMMUNICATE! Had I been told you were delayed a couple weeks i can work with that. No communication just pisses the person off and makes you wonder if you will ever hear from them. STAY AWAY!!

BEWARE!!! As they were working on our neighbors yard (yikes) we had them come over to give us an estimate in their down time. The estimate was pretty fair with the exception of sod portion which was double the going rate of sod throughout Utah. We called the following day and agreed to all of the work he bid on but opted to leave out the sod work. He agreed and set an apt for a few days later. The night BEFORE the job was to be done he texted and said that he no longer wanted the job unless we included the sod portion. We declined and said that we wanted what we originally agreed upon. He now won't return our messages and we have no landscaping. Unprofessional is an understatement.

Initial work was amazing! Follow through is horrible!!! Office staff is rude. Warranty claims go ignored for weeks, despite multiple emails, texts, and office visits. Actual landscape workers are nice and pleasant, management has a major communication deficit.
