Worst place ever! No customer regard. You would think as busy as they are that they are really good. It is actually just their prices. No one in there speaks good english so if you try to tell them something they don't understand and if you keep asking they get rude. I went in there tonight for shellac/gel nails. After they woman doing my nails just kept laying and layering where it looked like I had uneven glue on my nails I nicely pointed it out. She spoke not in english to another employee which came over and tried to fix it. When I told her it was to thick and stuck on the sides of my nail beds and hurt she told me to be quiet and wait til she was done. Who does that?! I tried to show her all the nails that had issues and she stood up and told me to not come back, just go! Unbelievable. This is not my first experience in there but I still went back since it is near my home. Spend a couple dollars more and go elsewhere. A couple of these woman need to be let go! If you want to be treated like dirt and get a nail job that will take you a good hour or more to get the mess off then go here.

Was very disappointed in the pricing at crystal nails. It is very inconsistent. The owner that sits up front seems to add on 2$ here and 3$ there. Won't go back. :(

Please note that the only other review is from 2008. We have several ladies here at work that get their nails done at Chrystal Nails, and they look beautiful. I have not heard a bad review from any of them

I have been going there for 4 years and have yet to be disappointed. All of the staff is highly qualified and specialized. It is a comfortable, clean location with people who are friendly and skilled in making you love how you look. They are decently priced, and reliable. I recommend this nail salon to anyone who has a tighter wallet and makes sure that there money is well spent.
