Very disappointed. I was excited to have this service at my place of employment, as it is super convenient to just bring my stuff in to work, drop it off, and pick it up a week later. I was even fine with it taking a week or two, as it often did, I was just happy with the convenience. I quickly learned though that they don't always pick up on the days they promise. They committed to coming Mondays and Thursdays; here it is Friday and my shirt that I dropped off earlier this week is still sitting there. Super disappointing and frustrating. To make matters worse, I called in and the man I spoke with showed no empathy for my situation. Only gave me excuses that didn't make sense; "Well, if it's only one shirt it's not worth my time." He ended up hanging up on me. I immediately recommended to my company that we no longer use this service and the individual I spoke to here said I'm not the first to complain. I'm sure they will soon lose our company's business and they don't seem to care.
