I went to jagged edge for the first time. The salon has a good look to it but the service was not so good. I went to chris, the owner. He cut my hair alot shorter than I wanted and just kept adding layers until he was satisfied, not caring if I was at all. When I initially called to make the appt the receptionist said the price was $74 - $84 dollars for what I wanted. When Chris was done with my hair he charged me $145.00! That is absolutely absurd. I have had others do my hair for $70-$80 and it was just as good as him. He is was to over confident in his work that he does not really care what the client wants... he just told me " I wont make you ugly"



Will not return to Jagged Edge nor will I recommend it.
