Just purchased a 2012 Ford Focus from these guys. I have to say I disagree with that written below my overall sales experiance was good and moved quickly. I felt that the deal I got was fair and had no hiccups with finance. Personally I would recomend Dave (The little englishman) To all my family and friends who want a Ford. Also the new Focus is great wonderful car with great gas milage.

About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. Let's just say we aren't the brightest bulbs in the package. We overpaid by nearly 10,000 dollars. We did regret the purchase within a month later and we called to see if we could trade for something else and were basically blown off. If you go to this dealership don't be like us. Know what you want and what it is worth so you don't get suckered-cause let me tell you they WILL take advantage of you if they can. To add insult to injury, for some reason they have my name wrong so all the letters come to my husband and his phantom lover, Kathy (my name is Melanie, so its not even close). Don't be fooled into thinking they actually CARE about you. Your money, sure. You, no way. Bottom line is be smart if you go but we will never go back and certainly don't recommend it. No foolin' us twice!

I don't know why i keep taking my vehicles here... If not for the 25 dollar oil changes i wouldn't i guess. I have had money stolen from the truck, coolant, power steering, and brake fluid never filled. Told something is fixed, and it wasn't. Over charged for all work. The last time i took it in they didn't even tighten on the oil filter completely! They said to change my wife's car's filter, they took it out, and didn't even put one back in! Ford trained specialized mechanics means squat to me.

Do not take your vehicle here to be serviced. I had my vehicle towed there because they used to be an honest service place. They told me it would be 900 dollars to fix a broken wire and replace a gasket. My husband called to get a break down of what they were going to do, because 900 seemed quite high. They had added in a 200 charge for upgrading our computer system. Something we did not ask for or want done. they were just going to do it and not tell us. My husband asked about labor charges and they immediately brought the hourly rate down 10 dollars an hour. Then they told us our battery was fine, but the next day they called back and said it was bad and they would replace that for an extra 130. We declined and when i took it somewhere else to have it tested there was nothing wrong with our battery. I will never take my vehicle to this service center again.

What's up with you people? You send me at least 9 different pieces of mail, to call and make an APPOINTMENT for my vehicle to have its first service/maintenance done. When I call to do so, the person answering the phone says its no big deal,just stop by and WAIT. Then cannot give me correct times for this. I am beginning to think that I have made a huge mistake in buying my vehicle through you. Its pretty obvious that once the sale is made you really don't care about performing the services that were paid for or about actual CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks so much for making it a really difficult process from the get go. I know I am screwed for forseeable future as I have to come to you for this but will warn anyone else who asks that you are not the place to buy.
