Great place for relief from stress! I got alot out of the combined therapy of Yoga and acupuncture. Heather’s ability to pinpoint what needs to be done with back pain is amazing and effective.

I have been practicing Yoga here for over 6 months and the variety is great! I love the detox class on Mondays with Kristina Gandy. Come join us. The overall effect on me has been wonderful!

NAAHAC is a great place. The owners, Stephen Wisely and Heather Wisely, personally teach some of the best Yoga classes I have ever attended. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming and it’s invariably a pleasure to be there. I can’t say much about the acupuncture or massage, I haven’t been to either, but you can be sure that Heather and Stephen will always be able to provide high quality and enjoyable alternative healing.

This place is amazing. All of the employees are super nice and very knowledgable.

I was skeptical of this type of medicine, but was blown away with the results. Great staff, fair prices, I recommend them to everyone!

I was nervous about getting acupuncture for the first time, it was amazing. Everyone there was so kind and explained everything so that it was a great experience. The next time. I went to yoga, the instructor led us through the positions so that this newbie was hooked. and he made me laugh. what more could I ask for :)

I had a really great experience here. The staff was awesome, the whole place just has a great vibe. I went to 3 Yoga class and acupuncture once. I'm going back to get a massage next week.
