I love the theme of this office! Everything is decorated like you're in outer space ���� It's so fun for kids and adults. It is a relaxed atmosphere. I also Love the staff here! I've been coming here for a few years now, and haven't met one staff member I didn't like! They are kind and efficient.
They are very good at explaining procedures and helping you to know how much your insurance will pay and how much you will need to pay, before they do any procedures.
All of the Dentists I've seen there are very kind and have great bedside manner. This place is great for the whole family!!

Unprofessional and overpriced. Dentist had made the receptionist cry and lots of drama before even seeing the dentist. Took my kids back without inviting me and overcharged for a root canal on a baby tooth. Lots of pain and stress for both kids. Went twice and never again. Not kid friendly as the reception area leads you to believe.

We are insured They said my daughter had three cavities. Something felt wrong. I took her to another dentist. He said she had none. AVOID

DON't GO HERE!!. My 3 year old had a couple of cavities. They said he'd need to be put under. They quoted me $200 and then charged me $360, almost double. When I called them, they refused to work with me. In hindsight, I wish I would have gotten a 2nd opinion. Find a different dentist!!

Absolutely Horrible! My daughter had some work done by them twice and not only was the work sloppy but the staff is inpatient, especially Stark. Putting all of that aside, the worst part is this. In Nov 2011 they office did some work on my daughter that cost $2,400. I thought I would still have insurance but didn't since I was getting laid off. Unfortunately money was tight and I was unable to pay on this account. By April 2012 the office hired a Law firm to collect on the debt (the law firm charges over 40% of the bill) Now I am trying to pay the debt with my tax return and to find out the balance went from $2,400 to a whopping $3,900. In a little over a year the account had accrued over $400 in fees and interest and over $900 in collection fees! I for one have never heard of any company so dedicated to milking its customers out of every penny they can. Under no circumstance do I recommend this place to anyone!

Avoid Out Of This World Dentistry unless you enjoy being "Nickel and Dimed". I sent my teenage daughter in on her own & they did not explain that fluoride would be extra & not covered by our insurance; they just asked what flavor she wanted. Then I took my 13 year old son in they had him see a Pediatric dentist vs. a regular dentist costing me a significant amount more that was not covered by my insurance. Their explanation to me, after the fact, was that I should have known....basically "buyer be ware". Safer still just avoid Out Of This World Dentistry. Their pricing policies are Out Of This World...

Out this world is right! They do an excellent job!
