I am extremely happy with Weekes Law. First, no one ever wants to be in a position to have to file for bankruptcy, but if you do, you need someone who knows what they are doing, and will keep you informed. I was very nervous that I wouldn't pick the right lawyer, or we would end up with someone who just wanted to get paid, and left us hanging. Our lawyer at Weekes (Perry Bashar) has been AMAZING. He is always fast to respond to any of my questions, and is very good at making sure you understand what is happening, and that you are comfortable with the process. He has been there every step of the way, and when we had our meeting of creditors, he made sure we knew exactly what to expect, and he was literally the ONLY lawyer there that had everything ready, and organized for their client. This process has gone smoothly, and I can't recommend Perry enough. Thank you Perry for making this as easy and painless as possible.

Horrible communication!!!!! I would call just to ask a question and they would always tell me someone would call me back and I would never get a phone call back. After I filed my bk with him, they basically blew off every phone call I made to them. They wanted to charge me an additional fee for questions I had about my bk. Don't do business with this office. Look at the reviews he had to give himself a 5 star rating just so his rating didn't look so bad. What a joke

Horrible law firm! No communication! We would call and were told someone would call us back which would never happened. We had to send documents several times for months because everything we sent them seemed to disappear, missed deadlines and ended up costing more than originally quoted. Would not recommend to anyone!!!

Do not use this law firm. Very horrible with communication and will rip you off and say its your fault when they didn't do their job. They threw out my wife and I bankruptcy case saying we didn't have everything turned in on time and we in fact turned everything in to them in time and was even told by the paralegals that they had everything and everything was going fine. We then received by email that they was throwing out our case. They didn't even have the decency to call us and explain. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM. They will rip you off.
