Just used zerorez today for my whole house. Fernando was professional, quick, and polite. The carpet looks so much better and I couldn't be happier. The only reason I gave them 4 stars on promptness is because he actually came early. He did call ahead so I was able to quickly get the vacuum going to prepare, and luckily I was home so it worked out fine. I highly recommend!

Do NOT use Zerorez under any circumstance!! Listen, I'm trying to save you a ton of time and trouble. They rescheduled on us over and over. Had to use time off from work when I was expecting them to come and NO SHOWED!! Had all of the furniture moved in my house for them. As a fellow Utahn I am pleading with you not to book with Zerorez. You will come to regret it. So I'm trying to save you a lot of time and trouble.

Beware! My invoice came to $300 more than my estimate. We weren't prepared for the additional charges NOT identified before the service. Zerorez also did not deliver the additional promotional services that were included with my order. Overall it was a bad experience, and I don't really care about the hype of my carpet and residue. They left a lot of product on my floor in sealing my grout so I now have to mop my recently "professionally cleaned" floor to clean up what Zerorez left behind. I will find a better company to do business with next time.
