Dravosburg Housing used to be a great place to live and raise a family. There used to be many many children and wonderful good families living there. Sometime around 2003 the management started to go down hill. Pauline Godich is the office manager and she will make up things that are wrong with your unit so the association does not have to give you back your deposit!! I know of many good families that were not given their deposits after they left and several families with histories of failed inspections and filthy homes whom recieved their deposits after they moved all because they were friends with the office manager. Pauline has signed a confidentiality agreement, yet she gossips along with the board members at anytime. You can always catch the gossip at the local minimart. The maintenance staff are all unlicensed men doing the plumbing and electrical work as well. Unlicensed and hired to do major work-not 1 man holds a plumbing or electrical license. I find that completely dangerous for all who live there. Years and years ago you had to be placed on a waiting list to get into these apartment units--now there are at least 20 empty apartments and not 1 person trying to get into the association. Very sad that 1 2faced, unethical woman can ruin a great place.
