Don't buy a vehicle here! The sales staff was rude and unwilling to answer my questions. They never returned phone calls, so I had to actually drive out there.

The car turned out to be dangerous and not road worthy by any means! When I asked about it's condition after looking at it I was told "This is Ohio, buddy. We're not as strict as PA with our inspections." Doesn't mean you get to sell a car with tires worn through the steel belts!!

Look at the 5 stars. Each look like the others except for one.

Service was extremely rude.

First off, we shook on $6400, after all was said and done it was written in at a purchase price of $6599, missed it. I have had NOTHING but trouble with the car. Power steering went that night, slave cylinder the next day. The inlet pipe to my turbo does not even match up to my turbo, it is rigged together with a random tube. The car will not run right due to something not right with the car causing a HUGE loss of power that slams the car. I have had to remove the inner cooler many times to try and see what is wrong.

On purchase my rep said that he knew the previous owner and would get me in contact if needed. When I asked the other day he said he could not find the number, but at mention that the car was acting up coughed up a number off the top of his head. Then proceeded to tell me he would have the person call me. The car was a repossessed.

I am 30 days into my 45 day temp tags. AVOID

This is simply my experience with the business, I never bought the truck I was looking at online or got a chance to look at it (drive was 10+ hours away) but looking at these reviews I'm glad I didn't go through with the purchase. The entire time I tried to maintain some sort of contact with them, and my main contact being Ron, he seemed evasive and uninterested in selling the truck. Does not seem like a people person. I asked simple harmless questions about the truck that seemed to frustrate him. It was sometimes days between responses, which ultimately ended up in them selling it to someone else before I could make sure of a few things. The truck was painted by them as well, it seemed "ok" in the pictures, and Ron explained the mechanic said it "drove fine" as an answer to my detailed questions regarding the transmission and motor. I was honestly questioning whether the truck would have 4 wheels like in the picture when I got there it was so sketchy. I was desperate for a truck like this and I made myself sound like an over-nice a** to get their cooperation with answers before driving out. I wasn't going to come back at them if it broke down, it's my responsibility to ask the questions and get an idea of the trucks condition and that's all I was doing.

I saw what LOOKED like a beautiful red Honda del Sol on NTEK's Web site; online, few blemishes could be seen. I did observe a little overspray on the seals, but I figured it would be no problem to remove that. I called the dealer and asked if there were any issues he was aware of, and he said no, it's a great car. So I ran an Auto Check, and it came back with a good score, but then, that only deals with title issues and accidents. The Auto Check cost me $32, but at that point, I felt fairly sure I was going to buy the car. I made a 125-mile round trip drive to see it, and what a disappointment. When I arrived, I could see that this car had one of the worst amateur paint jobs you could imagine...peeling paint, overspray all over the place, runs in the paint. I know the dealership has to make a profit, but the issue isn't that they were trying to sell a car with such a lousy paintjob (although that doesn't speak well to any pride they might take in their products); the issue is that no where -- not online, and not when I spoke with them -- did they disclose how bad the paint job was. It would have saved me $50 and several hours.



In fairness to Ron, he did respond to my e-mail complaint. If I could, I'd give them another half star for that. But car's paintjob is still a bad joke.

I drove 2.5 hours to see a truck after a phone conversation with Jeff . the truck was full of crap , the battery was laying on the engine , the windows have been left down for several days of rain . The transmission was shot ( it only moved in 4wd ) and i was told by Jeff that it would make it to cleveland . I do not think it would have left their driveway . If they were the only people selling cars and trucks in the world we would all ride horses . jeff is fat and lazy and a liar .

I havr bought a Honda Pilot and a F-150 4wd. The best 2 vehicles i have ever had. Not 1 problem with either of these. Eric is a class act. I would recommend this car lot, and have, to anyone. Thanks Eric

I find it distasteful that you would berate a customer "It took him months to pay off the truck" that has nothing to do with what he posted. While I see your side of the story about informing him it was not roadworthy, and fully agree that a business should be able to defend itself when having accusations made at them, I certainly believe it could have been done in a more tactful manner than what was posted. Definitely a way to turn off potential customers (yes I was considering your company, and now will not be giving you my business).

this man purchased a truck that was traded in at our dealership.it was a rusted old 1988 for f250 with a ton of miles.we sold it to him with full discloser that the vehicle should be towed and was not road worthy.took him months to pay the truck off and the truck was sold to him at near junk price.he sent a gentalman here on a greyhound bus to pick this thing up even though we told him it should not be driven.this guy had no clue what he was getting into and steve sent him with 50 bucks!well after i gave the guy two of my batteries,5 gallons of my diesel fuel and then two of my mechanics 3 hours of labor to get this thing on the road and the when it broke down sent one of my drivers and paid him to drive this guy from columbus ohio to detroit michigan.so if you dont believe our side of the story you can call and ask anyone or i could probably get the statement from the guy that drove the truck back for mr steve to give you the whole truth.

Bought a truck from them it made it 35 miles then died!!! I'm from out of state and they took total advantage of that. I even offered to sell it back to them for half of what i just paid for it, Eric the owner said no way! They got one over on me so unless your local or a fool don't deal with this crooked bunch!!!
